5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all massage chairs ship free within the U.S.
This includes:

  • Curbside drop-off


6. What is curbside freight delivery?

Curbside delivery means the freight carrier brings the packaged chair to:

  • Your curb

  • Driveway

  • Garage entrance

They do not bring it inside or assemble it unless you choose White-Glove Delivery.


7. Do you offer inside delivery or setup?

Yes — White-Glove Delivery is available for most models.

White-Glove includes:

  • Bringing the chair into your home

  • Full assembly

  • Packaging removal

Additional fees may apply.


8. Will the carrier call me before delivery?

Yes — for freight shipments, you will receive a call to schedule a delivery window.


9. What if I miss my delivery appointment?

Freight carriers may charge redelivery fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend being available during the agreed delivery window.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in original packaging.
Massage chairs carry a 15% restocking fee, and return freight costs are paid by the customer.

11. Do you accept returns on used massage chairs?

No — due to hygiene and equipment safety, used chairs cannot be returned.


12. How do I start a return?

Email us at support@massagechairselect.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the unopened box

We will provide an RMA and return instructions.


13. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours:

  • If not shipped → 5% cancellation fee

  • If shipped → Treated as a return (restocking + freight fees apply)

No — accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under standard warranties.

White-Glove Delivery includes full assembly.
