We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Restocking Fee
All returns of massage chairs and large equipment incur a 15% restocking fee.
This covers:

Freight logistics

Manufacturer processing
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping for heavy freight items is paid by the customer.
Freight return fees generally range from $150–$450, depending on location.
We can help schedule the freight pickup.
Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened massage chairs

Items without original packaging

Custom or special-order colors/models

Products damaged by the customer

Accessories that have been opened or used
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Order Refusal / Failed Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable for shipment scheduling:
